FAQs / Help
I'm afraid we only allow assistance dogs into our Tudor site. Dogs are welcome in the outside spaces of the Rhubarb Shed Café.
We run doggy days throughout our open season so please look out for these special event days on our website. www.greenestate.org.uk/manor-lodge/sml-events-calendar/
The café is located a 5 minute walk from the Tudor grounds at our Manor Oaks site. There is a round walk you can take across our arena.
If you don;t fancy walking, the cafe has a separate car park with a diabled parking bay next to the cafe building.
Our craft sessions can get very busy so advance booking is recommended.
As with other heritage sites we cannot offer a refund if you cannot make it. This is because we need to cover the costs of putting on our event and opening up. If you cannot make it and we are sold out, we will offer your tickets to visitors on our waiting lists and try to organise a refund for you but this is not guaranteed.
To ensure you have enough time to enjoy the site we have set our last entry time as 3pm during our general opening. Last entry for school holiday crafts is 2pm.
